Had a great day yesterday at Share Fair 2010 connecting, sharing, and learning from women serving in ministry. I learned how important it is to be an encourager to the women serving in leadership positions at my church and other churches. I also learned how to plan events and recruit workers. All of the sessions were outstanding and I enjoyed visiting with the various vendors to learn about ways to increase our ministry and to be more effective.

I LOVED SHAIR FAIR!!!! I can’t let another minute go by without telling you that! I was blown away!! Not that I was all that surprised that it wouldn’t be awesome…I just didn’t know how many ladies would be a part of it. How wonderful. Again, I am so sorry I had to have this crazy surgery the day before. BUT next year…look out….I will be taking advantage of every aspect of the day because I learned so much in the brief time I was there. The Lord whispered new goals to my heart as Becky and Maggie spoke. They are incredible!!! I want Becky’s humor along with the powerful truth, and I want Maggie’s excitement and vision for greater things.
